Delivery Method
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 (2nd Class). This is a tracked service for your peace of mind.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.

Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
